Return/Refund Policy:
Electronics and motors are warrantied by the manufacturer to the original purchaser for 12 months from the date of invoice. Any items to be returned must be received back by Applied Robotics Inc. in new, resaleable condition within 30 days of receipt by the customer. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. All sales become final after this 30 day period. A return authorization number (RAN) must be obtained by the customer prior to any return. Returned items not marked with a RAN will be refused. Seller's liability (whether under the theories of breach of contract or warranty, negligence, or strict liability) for its goods shall be limited to repairing or replacing goods found by seller to be defective, or at seller's option, to refunding the purchase price of such goods or parts thereof.
